grieve like a powerful river.
grieve for All who are grieving.
grieve as fully as your inhale can fill.
...and when you are full, feel it for a moment...
transform it into gratitude (without judgment).
...then exhale that Gratitude as far as your intention can reach.
The underlying concept of this practice is called Tonglen (meditation). The Way of this Practice was first introduced to me by one of my favorite teachers ::: an incredible woman of Grace, Marlana Moench.
